Shipping & Returns
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, 9 am to 3 pm for PhilPost and Monday through Saturday 9am to 2pm for Xend and EMS. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed, packed, and ready for the next business day. We are pretty good about shipping packages well within a 24-hour period.
Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location as well as the total weight of your order. Shipping fee is relfected once you add an item to your cart. We are not held responsible for any import duties incurred by your country’s customs. Although most of the countries we ship to don’t incur custom duties or charges.
Regular shipping through PhilPost usually takes 2-4 weeks depending on your exact location. Xend takes 7-14 business days to arrive in your location. Please note that shipping time is just an estimate. Depending on your country’s customs, delivery of packages may take longer than anticipated.
If for any reason you need to return an item, you may do so by sending back the item in its original packaging and in an unused condition with the Returns Form included in the returning package. Opened products will be destroyed and reviewed by customer care for possible cancellation or return. You have 30 days, from date of receipt, to return it to us.
For your protection as well as ours, we require that you place a tracking number with your returns. Tracking numbers in both cases are a must for best results in the processing of your returns.
Once received, your refund will be issued with original shipping deducted. If for any reason we are at fault in the process of your order, you will receive 100% full refund.
