What payment methods are available?
PayPal is currently the only payment method accepted. Should you want to use your MasterCard, Visa, or Discover Card, you may do so through PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order. Please do note that cancelling an order should be done prior to shipping. If the the order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order anymore. You may have to wait for your order to arrive in your location and request for a refund or exchange by sending the item/s back to us.

Shipping costs vary depending on your exact location as well as the total weight of your order. You may use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart page.
When will I receive my order?
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday, 9am to 3pm. Orders made on weekends and holidays will be processed, packed and ready for the next business day. We are pretty good about shipping packages well within a 24-hour period. Regular shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks depending on your exact location. EMS (Express Mail Service) takes 5-10 days to arrive in your location.
How do I know the status of my order?

We would love to ship as many items as possible for one flat fee but, unfortunately, our shipping calculator is a very accurate one and if at all possible to throw in a lighter item, please refer back to the shipping calculator and see if there is an adjustment or it still remains the same. If it remains the same, it will be added with nothing additional on shipping. If there is an additional fee, you have surpassed the shipping calculator’s weight bracket and will be charged the additional shipping charge.
What is your returns policy?
If for any reason you need to return an item, you may do so by sending back the item in its original packaging and in an unused condition. You have 30 days, from date of receipt, to return it to us.
How do I return an item?
If for any reason you need to return an item, download the Returns Form, fill out the information requested, and place the form inside the returning package. For your protection as well as ours, we require that you place a tracking number with your returns. Tracking numbers in both cases are a must for best results in the processing of your returns. Once received, your refund will be issued with original shipping deducted. If for any reason we are at fault in the process of your order, you will receive a full refund.
How do I know the status of my returns and refund request?
You may first check your tracking number to see that we have received your returns. Once we review that content/s are unused and in their original form, you may check by logging into your payment method account for a review of your refund. In case of an exchange, an email will be sent to you. However, you will be charged with a shipping fee based on the total weight of your order and your exact location.
